1. Independent Designation
Certified Family Agent™ is an independent professional designation.
It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Association of Realtors (NAR) or any licensing body.
2. Eligibility & Accuracy
Applicants agree that all submitted information:
- Is accurate
- Is truthful
- Reflects real professional experience
Providing false or misleading information may result in denial or revocation of designation without refund.
3. Verification Process
Certified Family Agent™ reserves the right to:
- Review submitted materials
- Request clarification
- Deny applications that do not meet standards
Certification is granted at CFA’s sole discretion based on disclosed and independently reviewed experience.
4. Use of Designation
Approved members may use:
- Certified Family Agent™ title
- Official logo
- Certificate
Only while in good standing.
Misuse of branding may result in revocation.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
All fees are disclosed at the time of application.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Fees are non-refundable once review begins.
6. Limitation of Liability
Certified Family Agent™ makes no guarantees regarding:
- Increased income
- Client acquisition
- Business performance
The designation is intended for professional differentiation purposes only.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State].
